PNEUMATIC DOUBLE-ACTING CHUCK FOR TUBE-SHEET INTEGRATED MACHINES

This product is specially designed for laser pipe cutting units. The product itself can be used as an independent rotating spindle, with a chuck in the middle that can firmly clamp the workpiece while rotating. Fast clamping and loosening actions can be achieved through the side rotating air intake, and the air source has to be disconnected to work.

With high mechanical efficiency,small energy loss, large output clamping force, and stable clamping force, this product has highly competitive compared with similar products in the market. The chuck has a simple structure, few components, light weight, low failure rate, stable performance, small moment of inertia and low energy consumption.
The chuck is designed as a square middle hole. Compared with a round hole chuck, the size of square tube is increased and the scope of use is expanded.
